1. General
Mayra Jewels uses Razorpay as our secure payment gateway. We are solely responsible for product delivery, returns, and after-sales support. Razorpay only facilitates payment processing and does not handle shipping or product issues.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You may modify or cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number is generated, cancellation is no longer possible.
3. Shipping Methods & Zones
We offer both Standard and Express delivery options within India.
Shipping charges depend on the destination, delivery speed, and weight of the package.
International shipping (if available) may incur customs duties or taxes that must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment confirmation.
Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value or during promotional campaigns.

Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note that these are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or remote delivery locations.
6. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress until it reaches your address.
7. Failed Delivery & Returns to Origin (RTO)
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the shipment may be returned to us.
In such cases, the reshipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the failure was due to our error.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In case your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist with courier claims and offer a replacement or refund as per our policy.
9. International Orders
For international shipments (if applicable), all import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery timelines exclude any customs clearance delays beyond our control.
