1. Returns
We at Zanzar Jewellers want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not completely happy with your item, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order
for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Custom-made or personalized jewellery pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at
mayrajewels925@gmail.com or call us at 091691 64700 to request a Return Authorization.
Include your order number, product name, and reason for return. Once approved, carefully package the item(s) and ship them to us.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect from our side.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees and payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable. A small restocking fee may apply in select cases.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted if you wish to swap an item for a different size, design, or product of equal value.
Please contact our support team to confirm availability before sending back the original product.
Exchanges will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Additional shipping costs may apply.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at
mayrajewels925@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Requests made after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted.
6. Return Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized or engraved jewellery
- Items purchased on sale or during special promotions
- Gift cards and personalized pieces
